Fitness Consultant
The Fitness
Consultant is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient
operation of the facility on a day to day basis, and to ensure
that it meets the varying needs of the members and the client.
The Fitness Consultant should have the following qualifications:

He Should haveDegree/Diploma in Physical Education
or related field with
minimum of
1-2 years experience in the Fitness Industry
-
He should be Certified Fitness Consultant (CFC &/or
PFLC) orCertified
Fitness Instructor (CanFit Pro, OFC, YMCA, etc.)

He should be Proficient in Microsoft Word
The Fitness Consultant is responsible for delivering
quality fitness programs to members of the centre. They will
support the Program Manager in the day to day operation of the
centre.A good fitness consultant plays the following role:

1.
Member Services
He ensures that all members and prospective members are serviced in
a positive and professional manager.
2.
Fitness Programs
-
He Complete
fitness assessments, individual program designs and monitoring of
member activities.

Teach assigned
classes.
-
Plan, promote
and manage fitness training and adherence programs.
-
Provide
supervision of the exercise area.
3.
Operations
-
He assists with
promotion of the centre and its activities.
-
Complete
assigned administrative tasks.
-
Provide support
to equipment, cleaning and maintenance.
4. HSG
Relationship
He should be an active participant in the ongoing maintenance and
development of HSG activities. |
